1. Single glazing
Single glazing is the best product in terms of allowing light to flood in. It is often used for shop windows and shower screens.
2. Double glazing
As the name suggests, double glazing is made up of two panes of glass separated by a layer of air or noble gas (argon or krypton) with varying levels of insulation. Today, it is the product we recommend for your windows.
Thermal insulation glass
Thermal insulation glass means you can save energy during the winter months and so reduce your impact on the environment at the same time as reducing your heating bills by 15%.
Generally made from two panes of glass of different thicknesses, soundproof double glazing means the occupants of a building can live and work in peace without being subjected to noise from outside (traffic, aeroplanes, the elements, etc.)
3. Triple glazing
With three panes of glass separated by a layer of air or gas, triple glazing offers the best option in terms of heat loss reduction. It is also effective in reducing the impact of noise levels from outside.
Patterned glass: translucent, patterned glass is available in several colours and in a variety of designs.
Tempered glass: designed to withstand thermal and mechanical shocks, tempered glass also has the advantage of shattering into blunt shards with smooth edges to prevent injury.
Laminated glass: made from layers of glass divided by polyvinyl butyral (PVB), laminated glass provides excellent resistance to impact. In the event of impact, the glass cracks but is prevented from shattering and is held in place by the different layers.
Alarmed glass: fitted with a closed electrical circuit, alarmed glass is linked directly to the main security system. At the first attempt to break the glass, the circuit is broken and the alarm is triggered.
Fire resistant glass: calculated in increments of 30 minutes, the flame and smoke resistance of fire resistant glass lasts for 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Curved glass: we can curve several types of glass and glazing.
Wired glass: wired glass incorporates integral wire mesh to improve its strength.
Armoured glass: is made using tempered glass and laminated glass, armoured glass can withstand extreme force such as bullets.
Antireflective glass: produced by a chemical treatment, antireflective glass is very transparent.
